Sauganash Montessori School

I am so happy we found SMS. When we initially, I couldn&#39;t believe how welcoming and excited the kids were to show us around their classroom. The kids were working peacefully and seemed genuinely happy. I was worried there wouldn&#39;t be enough structure and that kids would be running everywhere but that wasn&#39;t the case at all. The kids just knew what was expected and could work independently without someone hovering. We decided to enroll our daughter and are very happy with our decision. This is our daughter&#39;s second year and I love seeing the independence and confidence she has in her abilities. When she comes home, she takes out the work she has done and is so proud to explain it to me. I didn&#39;t realize manners and life skills were such an important aspect of the Montessori classroom but it&#39;s great to see how they translate to a sense of responsibility at home. Who knew she would be so happy to set the table :) I absolutely love this school and can&#39;t wait for my other daughter to begin next year.

My daughter has been at SMS for the past two years and I couldn&#39;t be happier! The teachers, staff, and environment are just so amazing and we just feel like family there. My daughter has learned so much in the past two years which amazes us every time. What she is learning and how she is learning it just blows us away! She is 4 and is already reading, her math skills are great, and just the social aspect of interacting with her peers has made her so confident! It is so hard as a parent to leave your child in the care of others, but the teachers care so much about her and I know she is taken care of and I am so happy! They are all so loving and caring! I am so happy that we found SMS and we look forward to enrolling our other child!
