Rainbow Montessori

Rainbow Montessori has been such a wonderful experience for our daughter and for our family. She started at the school at 2.5 years old, and she has flourished socially and academically over the past couple years. Ms. Candace and her team care deeply about the well-being of the children and teaching the Montessori method, and they tailor their approach to each child&#39;s  strengths/abilities. The kids enjoy a curriculum full of fun and enriching activities, like weekly gymnastics, music lessons, Spanish, and trips to the library next door. The parents are even invited to provide cultural lessons: this year our daughter learned about Australia, Korea, Passover, and Ramadan. Our daughter formed so many close friendships during her time at Rainbow, both with her classmates and teachers. We feel sure that this caring and nurturing environment was instrumental in shaping the confident, outgoing kid that she is today. We can&#39;t say enough good things about Rainbow and its community of wonderful teachers, kids, and families. Such a special hidden gem tucked in the middle of Parkside.

Our son has been attending Rainbow Montessori for a few months now and we have been very happy with our experience so far. Candace is so knowledgeable in child development and our conversations from the beginning told us that she really understood our son. At this Montessori school, he is given one on one guidance with activities, as well as independence in his play and learning. <br> He has formed great friendships at school, and we can see from playdates and parties with school friends that they really are a kind group of children. He enjoys weekly gymnastics, library visits and is always proud to show us his art creations when they come home with him at the end of each month. We highly recommend this gem of a neighborhood preschool.
