New Thought Montessori

We LOVE NTM so much. The teachers and owners are so loving and care so much for the children. They&#39;re patient, kind, accommodating, positive, and fun. Exactly the type of teachers I want teaching my kids! My kids go 3 days a week and beg to go everyday. We wouldn&#39;t trust any other preschool or kindergarten with our kids and we could not recommend NTM more. Thank you new thought Montessori !!!

It took me many days to write this review, but I can no longer withhold my disappointment and believe this review will be valuable for prospective students and families. We wanted to like this school very much and were very supportive /active parents. We donated money for holidays, volunteered, coffee rounds, etc. However, the way New Thought Montessori handled this COVID-19 situation was more than disappointing. <br>Firstly, they were the last ones to close in this critical situation. Most parents decided to keep their kids at home and still pay tuition since they have NO REFUND policy under any circumstances. I didn&#39;t get my money refunded for the days they decided close in March AND they charged full tuition for April as well. Not to mention that it&#39;s still mid-April and I am already kicked out from their private page for enrolled parents since I gave them the &#34;60-day notice to withdraw&#34; (which also turns out to be longer compared to other schools..) due to their unreasonable tuition and responce to the recent pandemic. May&#39;s tuition will only be discounted 25% off if they remain closed. <br><br>My lawyer advises I file a claim as this is unjust payment of tuition when the school decided to close and provide no service.
