Little Acorn Montessori Academy

We love Little Acorn! All of the teachers are warm and inviting and very accommodating to all of the kids needs... as well as the parents. They understand how tough school can be for first-time families and really help ushered us all in when we started. The activities they do with the kids are so fun and our kids have blossomed so much in such a short time. The location is great and the rooms are clean and organized. Thank you Little Acorn.

My wife and I have been looking for the best daycare for our daughter for a long time. We have done a lot of research and finally decided the Little Acorn Montessori Academy, since Little Acorn provides education by following the Montessori philosophy, which is what we have been looking for. Also, we are satisfied with their teacher-student ratio. And more.

My wife and I are very satisfied with this school. My daughter likes going to school, and she was very happy every day. She made lots of friends here that she almost talks about them all the time after school. In just a few months, her English has improved a lot. She has learned songs and brought crafts and drawings home every day.

Unfortunately, we decided to leave, since we moved to another city far way from the school. This is a big challenge for my daughter because she is missing her friends (her classmates and teachers) very much. We are expecting to take her back to the Little Acorn someday after the pandemic to say hi to them.

Strongly recommend the Little Acorn because it is excellent in all aspects. Thank you for giving our daughter a beautiful memory!

So thankful for Little Acorn Montessori Academy!

My child attended for a year and a large portion of that time was during the pandemic. We can't thank this staff enough for keeping the children safe during those uncertain months. We are frontline workers like many of the parents there and this schooled helped us by keeping the doors open while we were forced to work. The school did close for several weeks but then was able to open back up in May with COVID precautions in place.

Overall, this is an excellent school for kids. The teachers are so nice and know what's going on with each child. We watched our child grow and develop so much during their time here. I was most impressed with the fact that my child started to learn Spanish and Mandarin from his teachers. The school lunch is such a benefit and helps to take some of the load off of parents. I suggest paying for it. The kids love their outside time and the large play areas give them plenty of space to roam around. I strongly recommend Little Acorn to anyone looking for daycare where their child will learn and be in a safe environment.

My wife and I are very pleased with Little Acorn Montessori.  The staff and program administration are very attentive and responsive.  My daughter has thrived in the short year she's been attending. Our daughter has attended Little Acorn Montessori for just over a year now.

She started in the infant room with Ms Nikki. We couldn't have been happier with the love and care our daughter has received. From the initial painful separation anxiety, it was only a matter of weeks before she was very happy in her new environment. I really do put this down to the way the teachers made her feel so comfortable and welcome every day.
Recently she has moved to the pre-primary classroom with Ms. Syeda and Ms Monica. In this class her communication skills have blossomed. She is so much calmer and her manners improved. We are about to start the process of potty training, which we are looking forward to doing with their support.

As working parents, one thing that really excites us is the enrichment activities offered at the school, even at 2 she has already taken part in soccer, plus as she gets older, we can add Dance, Music and computers to this. I will be sure to get her involved in these programs so she becomes fully enriched in her early years.

The director Susie has helped make the transitions smooth for both myself and my Husband.
If we ever have a difficult drop off, she always calls us as reassurance she was ok or to let me know if she was having a difficult time.

We are so proud of our little girl as she is noticeably becoming more independent and confident  everyday under this loving environment. Stars Montessori has been instrumental in this journey so far.

We&#39;ve had our daughter here since she was 2 years old all the way to 5. She was even there during the pandemic which was great since we are essential workers and had to physically go to work every day. <br>There was a lot of changes that came with the pandemic, including staff changes but thankfully Ms Wathsala and the director Ms Susie stayed the same. During our daughter&#39;s time there she really thrived socially and developmentally. The teachers are very receptive regarding concerns parents have. Parents here are very involved and the parents really developed a sense of community amongst ourselves. <br>I almost didn&#39;t want to take her out! We will miss everyone at Little Acorn but we&#39;ve made some lasting friends.
