Lawrence Montessori School

The teachers are the reason we stay.  It is pricey, but I'm such a paranoid parent that I have to have my kiddo close and be able to check on her when I need to.  It eases my anxiety knowing that she's next-door.  I've had a few issues, but they have been handled and they have been handled appropriately.  There are always growing pains and they try hard to resolve any issues.  Overall, I'm satisfied and it's enough for me knowing that my kiddo enjoys her time there and it's safe.

My daughter has been attending LMS for about 6 months and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to bring her here. Her teachers have each been fantastic and caring. Any problems that have arisen with potty training or behavior have been dealt with quickly and with compassion. Would highly recommend.

I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary with LMS as a part-time assistant teacher and I couldn’t be more impressed with this school. Coming from a traditional curriculum oriented pre-school, it is completely refreshing to watch the children learn at their own pace. LMH is organized with a relaxed environment and adheres to the Montessori ideology. The management is stellar at LMH and I always tell whoever I can about the exceptional, well educated teachers and how much they all care for the children. I highly recommend LMH and encourage parents to research the Montessori way and get their children involved in the exceptional learning process.

Absolutely wonderful for fulltime preschool! Our daughter experienced every age level/classroom at LMS from infant through primary, and we loved the teachers and staff the whole way through. An amazing Montessori learning environment, excellent communication with parents, and dedicated and responsive staff. We couldn't recommend more highly.

We've been so amazingly surprised with Lawrence Montessori School. The teachers are great and very kind, always open to provide any help and assistance an also the facility is really complete with everything the kids needs. Our daughter is anxious every day to attend to school. Thank you for such a great experience!

Our son first went to the Lawrence Montessori School (LMS) as an eleven month old.  Although our family is no longer residing in Lawrence, LMS is one of many things that we miss the most.<br><br>All of the teachers and staff members of LMS had been always so pleasant and upbeat. They created a really positive, enriched learning environment for the kids. They took such wonderful care of our son and truly had a passion for what they do. The curriculum was very carefully considered and varied week-to-week. I also have to give a shout-out to Ms. Amanda and Ms. Sophie in the Hummingbird room. They helped me through some of his more difficult times with toilet training and drop-off anxiety, as well as the &#39;terrible two&#39; stages. Our son had been learning by leaps and bounds thanks to his awesome teachers! <br><br>Furthermore, the managerial staff of LMS, Ms. Purviz and Ms. Sonja, helped ease my mind and were always there to give advice when I needed it. I always felt very comfortable talking to them about anything that comes to mind, and they are attentive to our feedback as well.  I highly recommend LMS!

Our daughter had a wonderful experience there, infancy through pre-K. Loving teachers, beautiful facility, excellent curriculum.
