Our environment allows older children to serve as mentors and develop leadership skills that promote individual confidence. In exchange, younger children quickly comprehend new concepts and skills within their social, emotional, physical and intellectual development.

Hobbledehoy Montessori Preschool

My daughter went to Hobbledehoy since she was 2.5 until she graduated from pre K. Friendship was the most import thing for her! She is ten now and she still remembers preschool as the best time of her life, and she was so well prepare for kindergartner! Ms Zoe knows very well what children need to grow healthy in every way... it is the perfect place for healthy growing and learning. Loving and caring. We are so thankful and happy we found Hobbledehoy living in the area! We miss it, we miss the teachers there.

It is the very first preschool our kid ever attended. Ms. Kim, Ms. Phu Pham, and Ms. Zoie helped our kid a lot during the transition period at the beginning. They are sympathetic, patient, attentive, helpful, and instructional. Our kid ate slowly: they helped; our kid needs to avoid sunshine these months per the pediatrician: they helped; our kid were learning singing, coloring, and Tuff Tumbler (awesome gym course provided by a vendor): they encouraged. Teachers love talking with parents during drop-off/pick-up time, providing timely feedback on how its preschoolers are doing every day (e.g., their friends, activities, improvements, and areas to improve). Yes, you get daily feedback if you talk to them. All in all, our kid loves teachers and other kids there: this is quite self-telling. Thanks and hats off to Ms. Kim, Ms. Phu Pham, and Ms. Zoie!

It&#39;s been 3 years since my son finished Hobbledehoy. He&#39;s now 9 and just finished 3rd grade. He is doing very well and either meets or exceeds the required standards for his grade. I&#39;m sure many factors contribute to this but I firmly believe that Hobbledehoy played a very large part. I still highly recommend Hobbledehoy and I am grateful that my son had the opportunity to go there.
